Step 2: In the home page click “Department & Services”
Step 3: In the next page, click “Bangalore Development Authority”
Step 4: In the next page, click “Application for Possession Certificate for Flats” under Bangalore Development Authority Menu.
Step 5: Pop up page will open stating “Application for Possession Certificate for Flats”. You can read the details mentioned in the pop up page

Read all the instructions and details carefully and click “Apply Online”
Step 6: On the next page enter “User Name and Password” then type the given captcha and click “Login”
Create an account if you are new to the portal and not registered an account. Click “Don’t have an account? Register HERE” to create a new account with Seva Sindhu Portal.
Step 7: On the next page click on “Apply for Services”
Step 8: Fill in all the applicant details and other details in application form displayed.
Step 9: Upload all the scanned copy of supportive documents.
Step 10: Verify all the details and click “Submit” by ticking the “I Agree” check box.
Step 11: Now you can see the completed form generated, you can double check it all the details entered by you are correct. If you have any corrections in the application form, click “Edit” to edit the information.
Step 12: If no corrections found click on “Attach Annexure”
Step 13: On the next page click “Attach Annexure”
Step 14: You will redirected to next page stating “Attach Enclosures”. Attach the necessary documents like Sale deed and Address Proof. Then click “Save Annexure”
Step 15: Now you can see all the saved attached annexure displayed in the screen. You can check and click “esign and submit”
Step 16: On the next page, you can see “Consent Authentication Form”. Tick the check box “I agree with above user consent and esign terms and conditions”. Then click “OTP” to verify.
Step 17: On the next page enter your Aadhaar Number and click on “Get OTP” to verify it.
Step 18: Enter the OTP received in your mobile number and verify it by clicking “Submit”
Step 19: After a successful submission of the application. Acknowledgement number will be generated. Acknowledgement carries all the details of applicant. You can keep for future reference.
Step 20: Your application will be verified by RDO or tahsildar and field verification will be done by the concerned authorities. Once the given details are correct and satisfied by the authorities, property possession certificate will be provided.
How to know the status of possession certificate application
Step 1: Visit Seva Sindhu Karnataka Government Portal
Step 2: Login with your registered user name and password
Step 3: In the left side menu bar click “View status of application”
Step 4: Select “Track application status: under view status of application menu.
Step 5: Enter from and to date and then enter the application reference number and click “Get data”
Step 6: You status will be displayed
Step 7: You can download the certificate by clicking “Output certificate”
