Step 1: Please go to the browser and search for “e services Punjab” to get into Punjab e services web portal https://eservices.punjab.gov.in/#services. Under e services and e certificates tab, you can see “Dogra Certificate” under the department of revenue, rehabilitation & disaster management. Click “Dogra Certificate” to know details and documents to uploaded online.

Step 2: In addition to, it is required to download the application of dogra certificate. Click “https://punjab.gov.in/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Application-form-for-Dogra-Certificate-23-06-2020-1.pdf” to download the application form of issuance of dogra certificate.

Step 3: Once downloaded the application form, it should be filled with all the required details. The details are to be filled are as follows

If family member is applying on behalf of beneficiary

  • Relationship with beneficiary
  • Name of the applicant
  • Address of the applicant

If self-applied

  • Beneficiary Name
  • Beneficiary Father Name
  • Beneficiary Grandfather’s Name

Step 4: Beneficiary has to fill in all the details in the application form and upload all the supportive documents as required.

Step 5: You need to create and account (Register yourself) in Punjab e services web portal. Please  go into https://eservices.punjab.gov.in/ to proceed to create an account in the portal.

Step 6: Once registered click “Apply for Service” to upload the application form, declaration form and other supportive documents as said earlier. Then recheck it and click “Submit” to submit the application to get dogra certificate.

Uploaded documents will be verified by the concerned authorities and dogra certificate will be issued with in few days once all the documents are correct and genuine. You can track your application anytime after submission.
