Step 1: Please visit Government Web Portal Digital Punjab (connect.punjab.gov.in) to apply for a domicile certificate/residence certificate.

Step 2: Click “Apply Services” under Citizen Corner on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 3: Type “Residence Certificate” in the filter service under Citizen Services.

Step 4: On the next page click “View” proceed.

Step 5: On the next page, you can read the instructions to apply, related documents, application/processing fee details, government fee details, and how to apply details.

Step 6: Select “Login to Apply”. Log in with your user Id and password if you have already created an account with the Digital Punjab web portal or create a new account with Digital Punjab to proceed.

Step 7: You will be redirected to the application page once you log in to your account. You have to fill in the below mentioned details in the application.
